history

Integrata Cegos GmbH emerged from Integrata Unternehmensberatung GmbH, which was founded in 1964 by Wolfgang Heilmann in Tübingen . In 1981 the first branch was opened in Münster . Others were added in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In 1994 the training division was converted into an AG and in 1997 it went public on the open market on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange ( securities identification number 621310). At that time, Integrata AG was the largest manufacturer-independent training provider in Germany. 92 of the 100 largest German companies were among their 3000 customers.

In 1998 the group was taken over by the French IT service provider Unilog SA, Paris ( France ). The newly created group of companies was thus present in five European countries.

In May 2001, all of the Group's subsidiaries were renamed Unilog Integrata. For Unilog Integrata Training AG, this required the approval of the ordinary general meeting on May 16, 2001. This was also the most successful year in the company's history to date (as of 2016): At the peak of the economy, the Integrata Group achieved an annual turnover of € 55 million with 265 employees.

In January 2006 the British IT service provider Logica , based in London ( England ), took over the Unilog Group. Since 2008, all of the group's companies - with the exception of Integrata AG - have been operating under the name Logica. This year the Logica Group was present in 36 countries with 39,000 employees. The general meeting of Unilog Integrata Training AG on May 30, 2008 approved the name change of the company to Integrata AG, which since then has operated under the former name of the group holding company and represented the business area of continuing education of the Logica group.

In 2009 Logica sold its shares to a management buy-in team consisting of Ingmar J. Rath, Andreas Dahmen and Gerhard Wächter and the private equity investor Cornerstone Capital.

In 2014, the international Cegos Group based in Paris, France acquired a majority stake.

In 2019 there will be a squeeze-out and the company's name will be changed to Integrata Cegos GmbH.
