Unilog was a European service provider in the areas of management consulting, process and technology consulting, system integration, training and outsourcing based in Paris . In Germany the company was represented by the companies Unilog Management GmbH, Unilog Avinci GmbH and Integrata AG as well as Unilog Holding GmbH, which takes on administrative activities. Locations are Frankfurt am Main , Stuttgart , Munich , Nuremberg , Hamburg , Berlin , Bremen , Münster , Düsseldorf , Cologne , Hennef , Ludwigshafen am Rhein and Karlsruhe .

With the takeover in January 2006 by the British company Logica , all companies in the Unilog Group had the addition of a LogicaCMG company .

In 2008 the name Unilog was completely given up and all activities of Unilog now operate under the name Logica . The only exception is the previously acquired Integrata AG , which represents the name for the group's training activities. On February 2, 2009 Logica announced the sale of Integrata AG ( management buy-in ) to 3 former Integrata managers and a private equity company.

Unilog Avinci was the business line specializing in process and technology consulting in Germany and arose from the merger of the former Unilog Systems Integration and Avinci AG, a consulting company founded by six former IBM managers, which was taken over by Unilog in 2004 .

In Germany, the range of training and qualification measures was bundled in the Integrata business line .

In 2004 Unilog achieved a total turnover of 657.4 million euros and employed 7,500 people, 1,100 of them in Germany.

The French parent company Unilog SA divided into three areas: Unilog Management (see above), Unilog IT Services (development of individual software with Java , ABAP (SAP) etc., as well as outsourcing), and Unilog IT Training (courses). Unilog IT Services is the largest of these.
