Intelsat 10 , also called PanAmSat 10 or PAS 10 , is a television satellite operated by the satellite operator PanAmSat . He was launched into space aboard a Proton rocket in 2001 .
reception
The satellite can be received in Europe , Africa , Asia and the Middle East . The transmission takes place in the C and Ku bands .
Since the satellite is at 47.5 degrees East, its footprints are far too far west. For example, the India spot beam mostly covers the Arabian Sea but hardly any land mass.
