Into the Night is a Belgian post-apocalyptic science fiction - television series based on the 2015 novel, Starość aksolotla of Jacek Dukaj based. The first season was released on May 1, 2020 on the video-on-demand provider Netflix . The series is the first Belgian Netflix in-house production .

The series is about passengers on a flight from Brussels to Moscow . The plane is hijacked by an Italian soldier who assures the crew that the sun means death. The crew are flying west to escape the sun.
