Intruders - The Intruders (Original title: Intruders ) is an American television series directed by Glen Morgan with John Simm and Mira Sorvino in the lead roles, based on the novel The Intruders by Michael Marshall Smith and produced for the US cable broadcaster BBC America . Due to the comparatively weak audience, the series was discontinued after only an eight-part season.

Jack Whelan is a former LAPD detective hired to investigate mysterious occurrences. After his searches are repeatedly thrown back by setbacks, he achieves a breakthrough after finding out more about a secret society called Qui Reverti , whose members have made it their mission to achieve immortality, which they do by penetrating their minds into their bodies want to reach others.
