Iris Luckhaus

Iris Luckhaus (* 1973 in Wuppertal ) is a freelance illustrator, stylist, designer and author.

Life

Luckhaus studied at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) in Vivienne Westwood's fashion class and has been working primarily illustratively since graduating in 2000. In addition to a wide variety of commissioned work for advertising agencies, game producers, corporate customers, magazines and publishers, she has in the past u. a. also taught fashion illustration at the UdK Berlin .

Together with co-author Matthias Klesse , Iris Luckhaus has so far written two books for Hoffmann and Campe Verlag , The Wonderful World of Lily Lux and the Lily Lux Notebook , and also illustrated them. In anthologies like Illustration Now! ( Taschen Verlag ) or Illusive (Gestalten Verlag) she is repeatedly presented as one of the “world's best contemporary illustrators”.

Iris Luckhaus lives in Wuppertal , Berlin and partly in Paris and works for various customers from all over the world.
