Irmtraud Tarr

Irmtraud Tarr (born January 21, 1950 in Lörrach ; born Wille and first married with the family name Krüger ) is a German concert organist , author and psychotherapist .

Life

Tarr took a degree in music and theology . She then worked as a teacher and trained as a concert organist in Basel and Geneva . From 1984 she began training as a psychotherapist. In 1987 she graduated from the University of Hamburg Dr. phil. Tarr works as a psychotherapist and music therapist in Rheinfelden. She is also the scientific director of music therapy training in the medical faculty of Danube University Krems .

Since 1980 she played in a duo with the trumpeter Edward H. Tarr , with whom she was also married. She also appears in a duo with Claudia Olma as an actress with giant dolls. She also makes music in a trio with the double bass player Andreas Cincera and the dancer Norbert Steinwarz . Tarr is the author of 30 books so far.

Irmtraut Tarr lives in the Eichsel district of Rheinfelden (Baden) .
