Isabella Camille Briones (* 17th January 1999 in London , United Kingdom ) is a British- American actress with Filipino , Irish and Swedish descent.

Life

Briones was born in London to Jon Jon and Megan Briones . Her Filipino father and younger brother Teo are also actors, her mother is an actress and singer. Briones was at the age of three years in New York City for the first time as a model operates. In 2006 her family moved to Los Angeles . Briones has been an actress since 2008. That year she had her first supporting roles in the short film Persuasion and the feature film Brown Soup Thing . Briones also works as a musical performer . She received an Ovation Award in 2018 for her portrayal of Natalie in the musical Next to Normal . In the same year she became the youngest actress in the musical Hamilton . Since 2020 she has played Dahj / Soji, a leading role in the science fiction television series Star Trek: Picard .
