Isaac Hlatshwayo (born November 10, 1977 in Malamulele , Transvaal Province ) is a former South African professional boxer and IBF welterweight champion.

He won his professional debut in 2000 through tKo in the first round against Kaizer Mabuza, who later challenged Zab Judah to the World Cup . After eleven more victories, he won the South African lightweight championship in October 2002, which he was able to defend several times, including against world championship challenger Phillip Ndou (31-2). In August 2005 he won the IBO lightweight title by beating Cassius Baloyi (31-1) on points and defended the title against Aldo Rios (41-3) and Nate Campbell (28-4).

He suffered his first loss in November 2006 in the light welterweight division on points against world champion Kendall Holt (20-1). Then he boxed in the welterweight division. In October 2007 he won the IBO title again against Robert Medley (18-0) and also won the rematch. In November 2008 he boxed a draw with Delvin Rodriguez (23-2), which is why a rematch was agreed, which also involved the vacant IBF world title. Hlatshwayo was able to prevail in the USA on points, but lost the belt prematurely in the first defense in December 2009 to Dejan Zavec (27-1). After another defeat against Naoufel Ben Rabah (33-3), he lost three more fights and ended his career in 2013.
