Isaac Kirwa Yego (born November 23, 1994 ) is a Kenyan triple jumper who also competes in the long jump .

Athletic career

Isaac Kirwa gained his first international experience in 2012 at the Junior World Championships in Barcelona , where he was eliminated from the qualification with a triple jump of 15.72 m. In 2014 he took part in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow , but failed to make a valid attempt in the triple jump qualification. In 2018 he finished ninth at the African Championships in Asaba with 15.93 m and the following year he took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time , where he finished fifth with 7.68 m in the long jump, while in the triple jump with 15, 63 m came in ninth.

In 2018, Kirwa became the Kenyan triple jump champion.
