Isaac Menyoli (born August 6, 1972 in Tiko , Fako ) is a former Cameroonian cross-country skier. He took part in the 2002 Winter Olympics for Cameroon .

Career

In the 2001/02 season, Isaac Menyoli started in the Cross-Country Continental Cup . He contested his first race on November 4, 2001 in Fairbanks, USA . In the sprint qualification, he finished 39th, which he missed qualifying for the finals. During the season he was able to collect enough FIS points to qualify for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City . He was nominated for the Winter Games by the Comité National Olympique et Sportif du Cameroun and wrote Cameroonian Olympic history on February 14th. He was the first Cameroonian to take part in a competition at the Winter Olympics. In the 20 km pursuit, he finished 80th and last. In the sprint competition, he finished 65th in qualification, which he did not qualify for the finals.
