Isabelle Stamm
Isabelle Stamm (born March 19, 1977 in Schaffhausen ) is a Swiss writer .
Life
She spent the first years of her life in Lausanne , Wallisellen and Canada and moved with her parents to Gränichen at the age of thirteen . She graduated from the Old Cantonal School in Aarau and studied Russian studies and history for a few semesters at the University of Basel and later a few semesters in psychology at the University of Freiburg . She then went to Prague for a longer stay . Isabelle Stamm lives today as a freelance writer in Aarau.
In 2003 she began writing her first long manuscript, The Fisher King . This was published in 2008 under the title Gemini Worlds . This novel was awarded by the Aargau Board of Trustees and the Schaffhausen Board of Trustees.
