Isaiah George Osbourne (born November 15, 1987 in Birmingham ) is an English football player . His older brother Isaac also plays in midfield at FC St. Mirren .
Career
The midfielder's first professional club was Aston Villa ; he signed a professional contract there in 2004. Osbourne made his Premier League debut on October 21, 2006 against Fulham FC at Villa Park , when he was replaced by Steven Davis in the 83rd minute . On December 28th, he extended the contract for 3.5 years. In September 2008 he extended the contract with Villa again until 2011. In March 2010 he was loaned to Nottingham Forest until the end of the season, for which he was used in eight league games. He signed a loan deal with Middlesbrough FC on November 5, 2009 and made his debut in a 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace .
Middlesbrough wanted to continue the loan deal, but Osbourne had to return because of the injuries at Aston Villa. In the 2009/10 season he did not play a single game and he only got one appearance in the UEFA Europa League . On January 30, 2011, he was loaned to Sheffield Wednesday . After the coaching change, Gary Megson was the new coach; he no longer planned with him. The contract expired in May 2011 and was no longer renewed. His other positions were Hibernian Edinburgh , Blackpool FC and Scunthorpe United from 2014 to 2015 . He has been playing for FC Walsall since 2015 .
Internationally, Osbourne played in 2002 for the English U-16 team.
