Isak Friedberg
Isak (-Eisik) Friedberg (born in the 18th or 19th centuries; died 1870 in Bruchsal , Baden ) was a German district rabbi in Baden .
Isak Friedberg was the son of the district rabbi in Schluchtern Löb Friedberg and the Zirle Delom. In 1825 he was appointed rabbi of the foundation in Karlsruhe and on April 30, 1830 he was appointed district rabbi in Mosbach . His first marriage was Rosalie-Ricke Falkenau (1811-1839), daughter of the Fürth rabbi Josua Moses Falkenau . After her death, he married Hannchen Würzburger (1816–1869) from Rohrbach in Waibstadt on April 7, 1840, as a second marriage . From 1855 until his death he was a district rabbi in Bruchsal.
Mendel Hess mentions him in 1841 as an “Arabist”.
