history
Albert Schwankl (* 1855 in Munich † 1916 in Munich) bought the Wolfratshauser Wochenblatt from the Munich publisher M. Warth in 1886 and in the same year founded the Isar-Loisach Boten - at that time still Wolfratshauser Wochenblatt - both Loisach- and Isar-Bote . On 29. September 1886 the first sample number appeared. After the Second World War, the Münchner Merkur appeared in Wolfratshausen in 1948 with a small Wolfratshausen local page. In 1949 Georg Schwankl (junior) became a co-publisher of Münchner Merkur : The newspaper has been published as Isar-Loisach Bote ever since .
