Ischl is a church village in the municipality of Seeon-Seebruck in the Traunstein district in Bavaria between Seeon and Seebruck . The place is on the Ischler Achen about 400 meters before it flows into the Alz and has about 65 inhabitants.

The Church of St. Martin , built in 1432 and baroque in 1632, is located in Ischl .

There are several stops on an archaeological circular trail that begins at the Bedaium Roman Museum . This leads past an early historical burial mound and a burial ground near Ischl.
