The Iskriwka Reservoir ( Ukrainian Іскрівка водосховище ; Russian Искровское водохранилище ) is a reservoir on the 539 km long Inhulez , a tributary of the Dnieper , in central Ukraine .

The Iskriwka reservoir is located in the east of the Kirovohrad Oblast , Petrowe district , between the towns of Petrowe and the dam, built in 1958, north of the village of Iskriwka , which also gave the reservoir its name.

The reservoir, which runs in a north-south direction, covers an area of 11.2 km² and contains around 40.7 million m³ of water. The length is 35 km with a maximum width of 1.7 km. The average depth is 3.6 m, at the deepest point the water has a depth of 14.5 m. The length of the dam is 310 m.

The reservoir was built to supply water to the cities of Krywyj Rih and Showti Vody as well as for irrigation. The shore of the lake has been partially reforested and serves as a local recreation area. The tributaries of the reservoir are the Inhulez and the Selena, which flows in from the east . Immediately to the south of the dam, the Shovta flows into the Inhulez, which is dammed further downstream to the Karachunivka reservoir . Apart from the urban-type Petrowe settlement at the northern end of the reservoir, there are no larger towns.
