The Islote Trumao is a small island off the Loubet coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It belongs to the McConnel Islands in Darbel Bay .

The island was probably named during the 1st Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1946–1947). It is named after Trumao , a type of soil of the Andosol group consisting of volcanic ash , as can be found on the island.
