Israel Weapon Industries (short: IWI) is an Israeli manufacturer of small arms with headquarters in Ramat Hasharon . The company was created in 2005 through the spin-off of the small arms division from the formerly state-owned arms company Israel Military Industries (IMI). According to its own information, IWI was one of the five largest firearms manufacturers in the world in 2014 with an export quota of around 90%. Today IWI belongs to the privately owned armaments holding SK Group from Israel. The company is the largest subsidiary of the holding company.

IWI products are used within the Israel Defense Forces , but also by some other armed forces and security forces around the world.
