Iwan Konstantinowitsch Grigorowitsch
Ivan Konstantinovich Grigorovich ( Russian Иван Константинович Григорович , * January 26 . Jul / 7. February 1853 greg. In St. Petersburg , Russian Empire , † 3. March 1930 in Menton , France ) was a Russian admiral . He was the last naval minister of the tsar and held the office from 1911 until the October Revolution of 1917. His urn was transferred to Russia in 2005 and buried in the family crypt in the Nikolsky Cemetery of the Alexander Nevsky Monastery .
Honors
In 2016 the Russian frigate Admiral Grigorowitsch was named after him.
