Jörg Oberländer

Jörg Oberländer (born September 30, 1964 ) is a former German soccer player .

Oberländer played for Bayer 05 Uerdingen in the 1995/96 season . He played two games in the Bundesliga . Under coach Friedhelm Funkel , the man from the Bayer amateur team made his debut on April 9, 1996 in the away game against Hansa Rostock in the Bundesliga. Uerdingen lost the game 0: 1 and Oberländer was used as right defender in front of goalkeeper Alexander Bade and alongside Mustafa Doğan , Helmut Rahner and Gerd Kühn . On the next match day, April 12th, he played his second and last Bundesliga appearance in the 2-1 away defeat at 1860 Munich . Before the round, Uerdingen had signed the newcomers Erik Meijer , Michael Lusch and Zlatko Yankov , but was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga in 18th place.

Nothing is known about the beginning of his footballing career or the end of Jörg Oberländer.
