Jøkulhest ( Norwegian for glacier horse ) is an ice- capped mountain peak in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . In the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains it forms the peak of Jøkulkyrkja .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it on the basis of aerial photographs and measurements of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
