Jewish cemetery (Ingenheim)
The Jewish cemetery in the Ingenheim district of the Billigheim-Ingenheim community in the Südliche Weinstrasse district in Rhineland-Palatinate is a protected cultural monument .
The Jewish cemetery is located on Amzaberling / Am Pfaffenberg . Around 2,200 gravestones have been preserved. The oldest date from the end of the 17th century.
history
The cemetery was opened around 1650/85 and expanded in 1859. It was occupied from 1685 to 1934 and also after the Second World War .
