Jewish cemetery (Ulrichstein)
The Jewish cemetery in Ulrichstein , a town in the Vogelsberg district in Hesse , was probably built in the second half of the 18th century. The Jewish cemetery can be reached from the main street via Altebergsweg . The cemetery is a protected cultural monument .
history
The cemetery is surrounded by a wall. A plaque commemorates seven Jewish soldiers who died in the First World War. The cemetery is divided into an upper, older and a lower, younger part. The cemetery area is 15.47 acres.
