Jürgen Dieringer

Jürgen Dieringer (born March 18, 1969 in Hechingen ) is a German political scientist .

Life

Dieringer studied political science and German at the University of Tübingen . In 2000 he completed his doctorate at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in the subjects of political science, sociology and didactics of social studies. In 2009 he completed his habilitation at the Corvinus University in Budapest .

In September 2002 Dieringer received the professorship for Political Science I at the Andrássy University Budapest (AUB). From the winter semester 2010 he was Vice Dean of the AUB; In the summer semester of 2012, he was the managing dean of the 'Faculty of Comparative Politics and Law' (VSR) at the AUB. As of 2015, he holds the 'Professorship for European Regional Research' at the VSR.
