Jürgen Eckoldt

Jürgen Eckoldt (born September 11, 1942 in Heidenau ) is a former German politician ( CDU ).

From 1990 to 2009 Eckoldt sat on the Dresden city ​​council and was there managing director of the CDU parliamentary group. Eckoldt ran again for the city ​​council election in June 2009 , but did not receive enough votes in the traditionally CDU-weak constituency 13 (southern part of the Cotta district ), so that he left the city council. From June to September 2004 he also sat in the Saxon state parliament after Erhard Steinert resigned from his seat.

The graduate engineer is married and has 4 children.
