Jürgen Kucharczyk

Jürgen Kucharczyk (born May 15, 1957 in Gevelsberg ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After secondary school , Kucharczyk completed an apprenticeship as a telecommunications technician at the Deutsche Bundespost and then did his military service . Kucharczyk qualified in the following years a. a. also in quality management and management planning and was most recently sales representative at T-Punkt Vertriebsgesellschaft in Remscheid .

Jürgen Kucharczyk is married and has two children.

Political party

He has been a member of the SPD since 1984 and was chairman of the SPD sub-district of Remscheid from 1998 to 2008.

MP

Kucharczyk was a member of the Remscheid City Council from 1989 to 2006 and was chairman of the youth welfare committee from 1989 to 2004.

From 2005 to 2009 he was a member of the German Bundestag .

Jürgen Kucharczyk entered the Bundestag in 2005 as a directly elected member of the constituency of Solingen - Remscheid - Wuppertal II . In the 2009 Bundestag election , he lost the constituency to CDU politician Jürgen Hardt .

Public offices

From October 2004 to February 2006 he was Second Deputy Mayor Beate Wilding von Remscheid.
