Jürgen Moos (* 1954 in Viersen ), artist name giorgio , is a freelance wood sculptor and painter.

From 1976 to 2005 he was a teacher for sports and art education at the secondary school in Immenstadt and from 1990 to 2004 he was a speaker for painting and printmaking at the teacher academy in Dillingen. He was also a speaker at the Schwabenakademie Irsee. As an artist he lives and works in Immenstadt and in Italy ( Liguria ).
style
Jürgen Moos works primarily with the help of color and contrast. His woodcuts are printed on tissue paper. He also makes wooden sculptures.
Exhibitions
- Jürgen Moos has been exhibiting in solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad since 1981. Works by him are z. B. can be seen in the State Painting Collection in Munich.
- His annual participation in the art exhibition Die Südliche (2003/2012), which is important for the Oberallgäu district, deserves special mention.
