Jürgen Strohschein (born July 19, 1947 in Waldeshöhe ) is a German politician ( AfD ).

He was a CDU member until 2013 . The trained electrician was mayor and long-time head of office in the Uecker-Randow region from 1990 to 2009 .

In the state elections in 2016 he was elected as a direct candidate in the state parliament of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania in the constituency of Vorpommern-Greifswald V.
