Jürgen Wiebicke

Jürgen Wiebicke (* 1962 in Cologne ) is a German journalist and writer .

Life

Wiebicke studied German and philosophy . He then became editor-in-chief at Sender Freie Berlin (SFB) through the posts of volunteer and editor . He then went into business for himself and started working as a freelance journalist for the broadcaster WDR 5 in 1997 . There he moderates the morning program Curiosity is enough , the broadcast radio house talks and every Friday evening The Philosophical Radio . Furthermore, he moderates the broadcast country time on Deutschlandfunk at irregular intervals .

Wiebicke has been an author for the magazine Philosophie Magazin since 2011 and works on the program of the international philosophy festival phil.Cologne . In 2012 he was awarded the META Media Ethics Prize from the Stuttgart Media University.
