The phil.COLOGNE is an international festival of Philosophy, which in since 2013 Cologne takes place.

Similar to the literary festival Lit.Cologne , contact with the public is expressly desired. The guests are philosophers, scientists, publicists, artists and writers, who are supposed to present relevant topics and discourses to a wide audience. In 2017 there were 36 events for adults and 18 for children and young people. Phil.cologne is the largest festival of its kind in Europe with over 10,000 visitors annually.

As part of the event, the Meister Eckhart Prize is awarded every two years .
