Jacob Hollatz (born November 11,  1998 ) is a German basketball player .

career

Hollatz was initially trained in the youth department of his home club BG Harburg Hittfeld, and in the 2013/14 season he was named the best defender in the youth basketball league . In 2014 he moved to the Baskets Akademie Weser-Ems, the new talent factory of the Bundesliga club EWE Baskets Oldenburg . He was used in Oldenburg's team in the youth basketball league  and from the 2015/16 season onwards in the Lower Saxony training team in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB . At the beginning of April 2019, he  made his debut for Oldenburg in the Bundesliga basketball game against BG Göttingen .

National team

In 2018, Hollatz played international matches for the German U20 national team.

Personal

Hollatz's younger brother Justus also embarked on a competitive basketball career, with his older brother Joshua Jacob sometimes played in a team in his youth.
