Jacob Marquard von Glauburg (* July 7, 1602 in Frankfurt am Main ; † July 25, 1650 there ) was patrician and senior mayor of the imperial city of Frankfurt.

Glauburg was the son of councilor Johann Adolf von Glauburg and his wife Ursula, nee Freher. From 1632 he studied law in Tübingen, Geneva and Strasbourg. In 1627 he married Maria Veronica von Glauburg. In 1632 he was elected to the City Council of Frankfurt and in 1640 became the younger mayor. In 1641 he became a lay judge and in 1646 senior mayor.
