Jacques Stoquart
Jacques Stoquart (born April 21, 1931 in Frameries ; † May 2, 2018 ) was a Belgian comic book author .
Life
Due to the death of his father, Jacques Stoquart had to give up his art studies prematurely. After his military service he worked in advertising, where he also came into contact with Georges Troisfontaines from the World's Press. As the head of Plein Jeu, he met MiTacq . His first contributions as a comic book author appeared in Spirou in 1970 and in Tintin in 1974 . He worked several times with MiTacq and René Follet .
