Jakob Göbel

Jakob Göbel (born February 20, 1887 in Bad Hersfeld ; † July 13, 1979 ) was a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

Jakob Göbel did an apprenticeship as a shoemaker after primary school. In the First World War he did military service from 1914 to 1918 . After the war he worked as a self-employed farmer.

politics

Jakob Göbel was a member of the SPD. For this he was three electoral terms from December 1, 1946 to November 30, 1958 member of the Hessian state parliament . In 1954 he was a member of the 2nd  Federal Assembly .
