Möhl has had a lasting influence on the cityscape of Munich. He also contributed to the design of the gardens of the Linderhof and Herrenchiemsee palaces . The extension of Munich's Prinzregentenstraße east of the Isar goes back to him , which is connected with the expansion of the Maximiliansanlagen , in particular the Prinzregent-Luitpold-Terrasse with stairs, fountains and gardens at the Friedensengel (1891-1893). The urban planning on Möhlstrasse , which is named after him and where he lived from 1895 to 1900, also goes back to him.
