Jakob Neber

Jakob Neber (born January 29, 1891 in Sippersfeld ; † June 23, 1968 ibid) was a German CDU politician and member of the German Bundestag .

Jakob Neber was a farmer by profession. In 1919 he became a member of the Free Peasantry and its district chairman and deputy chairman for the Palatinate. From 1920 to 1923, 1929 to 1933 and again from 1945 he was mayor of Sippersfeld. He was also the first chairman of the Palatinate farmers and winemakers.

Neber was a member of the first German Bundestag from 1949 to 1953, to which he was elected for the CDU via the Rhineland-Palatinate state list .
