Jamestown is a US city in northern Tennessee and the county seat of Fentress County .
Demographics
According to the 2000 census, Jamestown had 1,839 residents, spread across 881 households and 446 families. The population density was 245.2 inhabitants / km². 98.42% of the population were White, 0.71% African American, 0.05% Asian. Children under the age of 18 lived in 21.5% of households. Infrastructure
