Jamie Darryl O'Hara (born September 25, 1986 in Dartford , England ) is an English football player . He plays in central midfield , but has also been used as a left defender or left midfield.

Club career

Tottenham Hotspur

Jamie O'Hara started football training at Arsenal Junior Academy before moving to Tottenham Hotspur Junior Academy in 2003.

In the 2004/05 season , Jamie O'Hara was used in every game of the FA Youth Cup , where he scored a goal against Everton . On January 13, 2006, Jamie O'Hara was loaned to Chesterfield FC for 3 months . He made his debut there on January 14, 2006 in a 1-1 draw against Doncaster Rovers . On August 24, 2007, Jamie O'Hara was loaned to Millwall FC . After returning to Tottenham Hotspur, he made his debut as a substitute on December 15, 2007 against Portsmouth FC . He played his first full-time game on December 22, 2007 against Arsenal .

On February 21, 2008, Jamie scored his first goal for Tottenham in the UEFA Cup match against Slavia Prague . He scored his first Premier League goal on March 22, 2008 in the game against Portsmouth FC . At the end of the 2007/08 season O'Hara signed a new three-year contract with Tottenham Hotspur until 2011. During the Premier League 2009/10, he went through two loan periods at Portsmouth FC. After the first lasted from the end of August 2009 to the end of January 2010, the clubs agreed after a brief interruption that O'Hara also ended the season at "Pompey".

Wolverhampton Wanderers

On January 30, 2011, Tottenham Hotspur announced that O'Hara would be loaned to Wolverhampton Wanderers until the end of the 2010/11 season . After the 2010/11 Premier League he signed a five-year contract in Wolverhampton and moved to the club for a £ 5m transfer fee.
