Jan Diedrichsen
Jan Diedrichsen (born November 10, 1975 in Sonderburg ) is a Danish journalist and political functionary. He has been Head of the Secretariat of the German Minority in Denmark in Copenhagen since 2007 and Head of the Representation of the Schleswig-Holstein State Parliament to the European Union in Brussels since November 2015 .
Life
Diedrichsen comes from North Schleswig , he was born in Sønderborg. He is a trained journalist and works as a freelance journalist for various media in Denmark and Germany . Since 2007 Diedrichsen has been head of the Copenhagen Secretariat of the German Minority in Denmark at the Danish Parliament and the Danish Government. He was confirmed in office for four years in 2015. Diedrichsen has a seat on the contact committee for the German minority, but is not a member of parliament. From 2008 to 2015 he was director of the General Secretariat of the Federal Union of European Nationalities (FUEN) based in Flensburg . In 2011 Jan Diedrichsen was elected to the board of the Society for Threatened Peoples . He has been the federal chairman of the human rights organization since November 2017.
Jan Diedrichsen has been Head of the Representation of the Schleswig-Holstein State Parliament to the European Union in Brussels since 2015 .
Jan Diedrichsen lives in Bajstrup (Danish: Bajstrup ), Brussels and Berlin.
