Jan Seifert

Jan Seifert (born September 28, 1983 in Leipzig ) is a German radio presenter and program director at Star FM in Berlin.

Life

Seifert began working for radio immediately after completing school. The first station was the radio station LandesWelle Thüringen . He then started studying applied media science at the Technical University of Ilmenau and since 2002 has been working for the Vogtland Radio and the university radio radio hsf 98.1 at the same time .

From 2006 he worked in Luxembourg for the programs RTL Radio and the subsidiary program RTL Radio 93.3 & 97.0 . There he was involved in the construction, structuring and implementation of the morning show named after him Jans Morgen , later Jan and Julia am Morgen . Jan Seifert then presented the radio programs on Radio PSR in Leipzig and 100'5 on Hitradio in Eupen, Belgium. He has been on the air every day for Sachsen-Anhalt Hörfunk GmbH since 2014.

Seifert moderated the radio programs of radio SAW and Rockland Sachsen-Anhalt every day . He also works as a stage presenter for the Mitteldeutsche Promotion und Genealogie GmbH (mpv), among others. Among other things, he was the presenter of the show "from three to free" and "radio SAW Muckefuck". He is currently active as a commercial pilot and stage presenter.

In 2016 he received a nomination for the Central Germany Broadcasting Award for his reporter work. In 2019 an edition of his program "Nachtjournal" was awarded in the category "Best Moderation" at the Rundfunkpreis Mitteldeutschland

Since 2018 he has also been moderating the Star FM programs for Berlin and Nuremberg. In 2020 he was appointed program director of Star FM Berlin.

Projects

In December 2008, Seifert started RTL Radio's regional program for Luxembourg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Lorraine, East Belgium and the Cologne district. In this program, he was responsible for various broadcasting channels. In addition, Seifert was entrusted with the editing, production and moderation of the morning show Jans Morgen - later Jan and Julia am Morgen - and represented the broadcaster at outdoor events.

Seifert played a speaking role in the Luxembourg historical drama Emil .

He is active as an off-speaker for the Free State of Thuringia and other clients .
