Janier Alexis Acevedo Calle (born December 6, 1985 in Medellín ) is a Colombian cyclist .

Career

Janier Acevedo won his first competitions on an international calendar in 2009 with the overall ranking and two stages in Vuelta a Costa Rica . His most successful career year to date was 2013, when he won a stage each of the Tour of the Gila , the Tour of California and the USA Pro Cycling Challenge and thus won the annual individual classification of the UCI America Tour .
