The USA Pro Challenge (until 2012 USA Pro Cycling Challenge ) was an American road bike race .

The competition was at a press conference in August 2010 by the Governor of the State of Colorado , Bill Ritter , and former cyclist Lance Armstrong as Quiznos Pro Challenge presented before it was announced in April 2011 that the race in USA Pro Cycling Challenge was renamed. The first edition of the race took place in August 2011. At the premiere, Cadel Evans , Andy and Fränk Schleck were all drivers who had stood on the podium of the Tour de France this year . The start and finish point of the week-long stage race was Denver .

The first edition of the race was in the UCI category 2.1 of the UCI America Tour . From 2012 to 2015 the competition was in the highest category 2nd HC on the America Tour.

For the 2015 edition, the women’s race was held at the same time.

For 2016, the event was canceled for financial reasons.
