Janusz Grzegorz Malik (born September 30, 1964 in Bielsko-Biała ) is a former Polish ski jumper .

Malik, whose older brother Zbigniew was also a ski jumper, made his debut in the ski jumping World Cup on December 18, 1983 at the age of 19 . In his first competition in Lake Placid , he achieved a total of three World Cup points with 13th place. Subsequently, he entered the Four Hills Tournament 1983/84 , but remained unsuccessful. At the Olympic Winter Games in Sarajevo in 1984 he reached 30th place on the normal hill and 46th place on the large hill. Malik then started a World Cup competition in Planica and achieved his first and only podium place of his career with third place on the normal hill. He finished the season in 42nd place in the overall World Cup standings.

After a serious motorcycle accident in May 1984, Malik had to end his career.
