action
The princess of hell, Enma , laments the general decline in morals and morals, as well as the unrestrained onslaught of sinners in her "kingdom of lost souls". Therefore, from now on she decides to torture incessantly in her kingdom, as well as to inform the public about it - in the hope of bringing the people to their senses. One day the pupil Rika is chosen by the elder ruler to be the ambassador of mankind to see hell and tell the sinners of the world about the martyrdom of the life beyond. Their detailed reports are intended to encourage the people of the world in their virtue.
The chosen one descends with a companion Enmas, Maku, into the underworld, where two illustrative examples are shown to her. First, she is shown the earthly perverse goings-on of a multiple child murderer, as well as his just punishment in the afterlife. The attractive Rika witnesses with her own eyes how the murderer is tortured and harassed by hell demons in the most brutal way. The limbs of the “victim” are sawed off and then brought back together before the process is repeated in a recurring torment.
After Rika briefly loses consciousness, the princess grants her a glimpse into her future, the course of which she can change if she decides to leave the path of evil. Rika joins the cruel and unscrupulous sect "Ultimate Truth", which is run by a godlike blind sect leader. After a fatal sarin attack on a Japanese subway with several dead, the sect members end up with the leader in hell, where they are burned, skinned or dismembered for their atrocity. The terrified Rika wishes to return to the surface of the earth, wherever she accompanies Maku. On the way they meet a white-clad mysterious ninja who slaughters several creatures of the underworld with his katana for no apparent reason and then disappears without a trace.
Back on the surface of the earth, the princess of hell urges the young woman to be prudent and implores her to share her "experiences" with others.
