Jarmo Nikolai (born March 10, 1984 ) is an Estonian biathlete and cross-country skier .

Jarmo Nikolai from Sportclub Sparta appeared for the first time internationally as part of the 2006 European Biathlon Championships in Langdorf and reached 63rd place in the individual, 78th in the sprint and was 18th in the relay race with Anton Isatsenkov , Martin Maasik and Alari Remmelg . During the 2006/07 season he achieved his best result in the European Cup / IBU Cup in Nové Město na Moravě with 43rd place in a pursuit race . In 2008 he took part in the European Biathlon Championships again at this point and came 59th in the individual. In addition, Nikolai is also active as a cross-country skier, but has so far only been used internationally in lower-class competitions such as the Scandinavian Cup and FIS races.
