Jasmin Bašić , also Baschitsch or Bassich (born December 7, 1971 in Sarajevo , Yugoslavia ) is a Bosnian opera singer ( tenor ) and author.

Life

Bašić graduated and mastered solo singing (opera and concert singers) with the soprano Radmila Bakočević ( Belgrade ). He expanded his knowledge with courses with the Vienna State Opera chamber singer Olivera Miljaković . He works as an opera soloist at the Sarajevo National Theater and as a singing teacher. Bašić had solo concert appearances with the Philharmonic from Sarajevo (Beethoven's choral fantasy , a gala concert and popular opera concerts) and with the Pons Artis orchestra from Vienna .

Jasmin Bašić is currently the artistic director of the opera at the Sarajevo National Theater.
