Jason Smoots
Jason Smoots (born July 13, 1980 ) is a retired American sprinter .
In 2002 he was U25 NACAC champion over 100 m and won the World Cup in Athletics in Madrid with the US team in the 4 x 100 meter relay .
At the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo in 2003 , he took first place with the US relay, but was disqualified because his teammate Mickey Grimes was proven doping with ephedrine .
In 2006 he won the World Cup in Athletics in Athens again with the US 4 x 100 meter relay.
