Jasper James
Jasper James is a British screenwriter and director who created many of the popular science programs on the BBC . He is also the founder and former head of the production company Impossible Pictures and the founder and managing director of Wide-W-EyedEntertainment (WEE).
Career
Together with Tim Haines , he made a name for himself as a producer of prehistoric documentaries for the BBC. He worked on the Walking with… series and produced films such as Dinosaurs - In the Empire of the Giants and The Heirs of the Saurians .
Together with Haines, he founded the production company Impossible Pictures in 2002. Until he left, he was head of the company together with Haines. During their time at Impossible Pictures, the duo produced sequels to the Walking with… series and brand new formats such as Prehistoric Park - Extinction was yesterday .
Before starting work on Primeval - Return of the Primeval Monsters , James left Impossible Pictures and founded his own production company Wide-W-EyedEntertainment.
