Jasper Joseph (* 1982 in Berlin ) is a German actor , director , producer and screenwriter .

Life

Jasper Joseph was born in 1982 to German-British parents in what was then West Berlin . From early childhood he was enchanted by films and wanted to become an actor. After completing his dual education in Berlin and Portland , he studied acting and film studies from 2003 to 2006 in Berlin and from 2007 to 2008 in Los Angeles . Since his diploma as a state-recognized actor, he has worked in various TV and film productions. He has appeared in films such as last exit West Berlin ( ARD ), Venomous (cinema, Canada) and Kora (cinema, EU), as well as in various series formats such as Wilsberg ( ZDF ), Polizeiruf 110 , Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten ( RTL ). Furthermore, he has been committed to realizing his own productions for years and has already brought various projects to the screen as a director, producer and screenwriter. His film Safety Concerns has been shown at international film festivals in New York City , Los Angeles , Sapporo ( Japan ) and Shanghai ( People's Republic of China ).

With his colleague Christina Baumer , he runs the production company MuteWoodFilms with offices in Berlin and Munich .
